Nice.I'm not going to bother exchanging them or sending to Kodak for repair. So what browser is supported. To top it off, I click on the link to take a short survey and first it tells me that the survey period is over.
Plug them in, turn them on and only get a white screen. My first stop is the manual, worthless. The Kodak Help Center is the poorest I've come across. After proceeding through the step-by-step solutions, which there wasn't one (solution) listed that fit the problem description.
I purchased two of the Kodak M820 Digital Picture Frames for Christmas gifts. I then opened the page in Internet Explorer and received the same error message.
I filled out the brief description of the problem. Then I tried the online chat with a "trained technical support agent" and I receive and error that my browser (Firefox) is not supported.
When I try it again it returns back to the Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair page. Because I ran into the same problem with two, I'm surely not taking the chance on giving these as gifts.
I bought this as a gift. It functions well and smooth. A little bit confusion about the slide control on the frame, but others are good. If only it has the speaker which can make it perfect.
Given other very good and easy to use options out there I'd rate this a two - except that it's NOT CHEAP. This digital frame has a very nice display (good job Kodak). but has a very slow processing time making it very tedious to load and arrange slide shows or transfer pics to the frame. The cost of this frame (even at discount) is equal to or higher than displays of equal quality that have better options and ease of function. Pros: nice displayCons: No internal memory, No video or music capability, not at all intuitive, no battery, functions slowly
Bought this for my wife, she has it on her desk at work and loves it. She says everyone comments on how nice it is as it goes through her slideshow.
It's easy to use and a nice accent to our home. In addition, the pictures displayed are crisp, with vivid colors.
She's very picky about what she likes and doesn't care for most digital photo frames because of their bulky, plastic rims with company logos slapped on their fronts. I got this frame for my mother's birthday and she loves it.
The white matte border gives the product a clean, stylish appearance. The P820 has none of that.
This frame is very simple, but I think it actually helps to accent the photos it's displaying. I can see details fairly well even from about thirty feet away at various viewing angles.
I would highly recommend this product.
